1. That the City of Meridian is the record owner of the real property described in Ada
County Instrument Number 2022-045482, which is incorporated herein by reference,and
1, as Mayor of the City of Meridian,grant permission to Kimley-Horn and Associates,
Inc., 950 W. Bannock Street, Suite 1100,Boise, Idaho,to submit the application for File
Number H-2022-0016, which pertains, in part,to said real property.
2. I hereby grant permission to City of Meridian staff to enter the subject property for the
purpose of site inspections related to processing said application.
