Subject: RE: Access location for the 40 acre WRRF property and the storage facility
Alan
I have looked over the plans and have a few questions.
1
At our last meeting there was discussion of making part of the road on the north an ACHD road and paving it.
What happened to that? ACHD stated the road shall remain private. Paving only required a distance of 30-feet
from the back of sidewalk. Our latest site plan depicts that. They are in the process of issuing a new
determination letter that should provide that confirmation in writing.
It would also be nice if we could separate the connection of the 8” main for the new storage facility from the
one for the existing facility. If we could move the new water connection to the north access road that would be
a definite improvement. I see no reason why we can’t move the proposed water line north. It provides more
clearance from our buildings and places the public infrastructure outside of our gates. Our civil is copied on
this thread, so he can weigh-in if he disagrees.
All of the proposed water mainlines must also be covered by easements. We will place the new water mainline
within an easement.
Overall I think we are on the right track, but I would like some additional information on the questions above.
Thanks

Alan
I understand there are some plans for a proposed relocation of the access road for our 40 acre WRRF property. PW is
willing to entertain the relocation of the road, but we were supposed to be given plans to review and that hasn’t
happened yet. If you have a copy of the construction drawings I would very much like to see them before this swap is
approved. We need to make sure the plans address our needs both now and in the future.
Thanks
