At your request, I will reserve the name Lavender Place Subdivision for your project. I can honor this reservation only as
long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re -used by
someone else.

Glen,
Thank you for the information below. It appears that part of my confusion is because the surveyor has not filed for the
Lavender Heights Sub No. 3 yet- it should be happening soon so we don't want to take that name. The project we are
working on is a replat of Future Phase and an approved subdivision name is required with the preplat application. The
owner has asked if we could use the name Lavender Place Subdivision. The owner/developer is the same as the
owner/developer of all phases of the Lavender Heights subdivision. His contact information follows:
