PRELIMINARY PLAT NOTES
1. UNLESS OTHERWISE SHOWN AND DIMENSIONED, EACH LOT IS HEREBY DESIGNATED AS HAVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES, LAVENDER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS
