The following is made at the request of Sam Johnson, president of Fairbourne Development, LLC.
He requests approval to vacate an existing public utilities easement no longer necessary on property
within Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3.
A buyer desires to build a home on two lots, Ada County Parcel Nos. R2734180200 and
R2734180220, located at 5118 and 5102 W. Oakford Ct., respectively. The easements to vacate are
the 5-foot-wide permanent public utilities, drainage, and pressure irrigation easements on each side of
the interior lot line. This vacation has been approved without objection by the applicable utility
parties.
These parcels are Lots 11 and 12 of Block 3 within the subdivision, which is on the north side of W.
Chinden Blvd., west of N. Black Cat Road.
