Recommend Approval to City Council. Tentatively scheduled for July 26, 2022
A. Request: Annexation of 4.96 acres of land to be zoned from RUT in the
County to the R-4 zoning district.
B. Request: A Preliminary Plat consisting of 14 single-family residential
building lots and 4 common lots on 4.58 acres of land in the requested R-4
zoning district.

A. Request: Annexation and Zoning of 1.22 acres of land with a request for the
R-15 zoning district.
B. Request: A Preliminary Plat for 12 building lots and 2 common lots on 1.22
acres in the requested R-15 zoning district.

district.
