Thank you for your work on the Pickleball Court staff report. We have read the report and agree with your analysis and
recommended conditions of approval, however, we would like to modify two conditions:
We respectfully request that the two conditions below be revied to include the capitalized text.
Unfortunately, I am not able to attend the P&Z hearing tonight. The applicant and property owner, Matthew Gardner,
will be presenting the project.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Annexation and Zoning and Preliminary Plat for Pickleball Court
Subdivision, H-2022-0025. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on June 16, 2022. The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail
with any questions.
Tamara - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and myself (e-mail) as soon as possible. Also, please submit any presentation
for the public hearing to the City Clerk’s office no later than noon (12:00pm) the day of the hearing.
