Statement of Highest Seasonal Groundwater Elevation by a Soils Scientist
Hi Bruce:
Attached is the Geotech Report for the project directly to the west. Bob Arnold conducted the
investigation and prepared the report for the project for the previous developer and later the
project (Kentucky Villas) changed ownership and the new developer is Bruce Hessing. Bruce is
the developer for the Timberline Subdivision project. Bob Arnold will most likely also be
retained as the geotechnical engineer of record for this project. Based on his report, Test Pit #1
is the closest test pit to our site and no groundwater was encountered in the test pit at 12'
below ground surface (bgs) on July 25, 2013. In addition, pit -run type soils were encountered at
approximately 7' bgs.
A geotechnical report will be prepared specifically for this project site and will be provided at
the time of the construction plans submittal.
