And therefore, per your comments below, the APEX name cannot be used. We are requesting to reserve "VERTEX" as a replacement to "APEX EAST." Should "VERTEX" be unavailable, then we would request "OPTIMUM." Please let us know. This name can be provisionally reserved, however it is still subject to the original reservation letter (attached) for Apex Subdivision which specifically noted that since this development covers multiple sections, "Depending on the size and order of phase development, the name APEX may not be available to use if the subsequent Apex phases do not touch each other." At your request, I will provisionally reserve the name Apex East Subdivision for your project. This area is a new parcel incorporated to the east of the area previously identified in Apex Subdivision reservations as Apex Southeast. The name is reserved subject to the following restrictions; Idaho Code 50-1307. Ada County Subdivision Name Policy. Conditions outlined in the Apex Subdivision name reservation dated 11/17/2017. The plat must adjoin a recorded phase of Apex (or Apex Southeast) Subdivision. I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.
