Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Vertex
Subdivision No. 2 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water elevation.
The geotechnical engineering report, "Apex 33 East", prepared by Atlas and dated July 27, 2021, was used to
determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
