RE: Subdivision Name Reservation Change: Change APEX EAST to VERTEX SUBDIVISION
At your request, I will change the reserved name Apex East Subdivision and reserve the name Vertex Subdivision for
your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only
take place when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re -used by
someone else.
Sincerely,

Subject: [EXTERNAL] FW: Apex East Subdivision Name Provisional Reservation
Glenn,
It has come to our attention that "APEX EAST" does not touch a prior APEX phase. And therefore, per your comments
below, the APEX name cannot be used.
We are requesting to reserve "VERTEX" as a replacement to "APEX EAST." Should "VERTEX" be unavailable, then we
would request "OPTIMUM."
Please let us know.

Subject: FW: Apex East Subdivision Name Provisional Reservation
Brighton Team,
I am printing out the subdivision plat for Apex East 2 and it dawned on me that we probably cannot use the name
"Apex" sinch Apex East will never touch any of the other phases of Apex. See e-mail below. Let us know your thoughts.

RE: Provisional Subdivision Name Reservation: APEX EAST SUBDIVISION
Joshua;
From our perspective, since a limited number of the Apex development has been submitted to our office to date, this
has the potential to be the same Idaho Code/ Ada County Name Policy situation that occurred with Hills Century Farm
North / Hills Century Farm Commercial, and TM Crossing / TM Creek / TM Center developments.
This name can be provisionally reserved, however it is still subject to the original reservation letter (attached) for Apex
Subdivision which specifically noted that since this development covers multiple sections,
"Depending on the size and order of phase development, the name APEX may not be available to use if the subsequent
Apex phases do not touch each other."
At your request, I will provisionally reserve the name Apex East Subdivision for your project. This area is a new parcel
incorporated to the east of the area previously identified in Apex Subdivision reservations as Apex Southeast.
The name is reserved subject to the following restrictions;
Idaho Code 50-1307.
Ada County Subdivision Name Policy.
Conditions outlined in the Apex Subdivision name reservation dated 11/17/2017.
The plat must adjoin a recorded phase of Apex (or Apex Southeast) Subdivision.
I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place
when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re -used by
someone else.
Sincerely,
