RE: Vertex Subdivision #1 Final Plat Application (FKA Apex East Subdivision)
Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for "Vertex Subdivision No. 1." This is the first phase of
the Vertex Subdivision (FKA Apex East Subdivision) Preliminary Plat (approved 02/15/2022).
This phase of Vertex contains 37 residential lots and 9 common lots, is located in an R-8 zoning
designation and consists of 12.089 acres of land.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat
and meets all requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the
UDC, acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
