Project Narrative
Dear Planning Division,
On behalf of Matthew Ferguson, we are submitting a Townhouse Plat for the Ferguson Townhome
Subdivision. This final plat proposes the subdivision of the existing parcel of 0.307 acres into two residential
townhouse lots. The subdivision is located at 1335 NE 41h Street, due south of the intersection of NE 4th
Street and E. Badley Avenue.
City services do not currently existing onsite, and will be brought to the site with the extension of the city
sewer and water mains.
The lot is currently undeveloped and contains no existing structures onsite. Construction is anticipated to
begin in August.
The plat and associated documents are in conformance with the requirements and provisions of the UDC.
The plat and associated documents are in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural,
surveying practices, and local standards.
