As this is a private easement, public utility providers will not need to provide the relinquishment letters typically required with vacation applications. A property boundary adjustment application proposing to combine Lots 12 & 13, Block 2, is being submitted concurrently with the subject vacation request. With approval of that application and subsequent development applications, a building will be proposed over the current lot line. Should you have questions or require further information in order to process these applications, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, KM Engineering, LLP.
