Alan,
We have been coordinating with ACHD on the timing of their Franklin widening given the recent funds ACHD has
received from the state. All signs seem to be pointing toward the acceleration of this project, however it isn’t until early
August that ACHD finalizes their list of projects for 2023. In order to provide Council the assurance they are looking for
that the Franklin Widening will be accelerated, we think it would be best to push our hearing until after ACHD finalizes
their 2023 project list in early August. Our hearing is currently scheduled for 7/19, and we would like to request a
th
continuance to August 16. Let me know if you or the clerk’s office have any concerns. We can be prepared to make
the request formally to Council on 7/19 if needed.

Deb, the Council continued this to July 19 and required the applicant to pay the renoticing fee. This fees is $183 and has
been invoiced under Case H-2021-0064. Please go to the citizen’s portal and pay it online.
