Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property of parcel numbers R3579000045 and R3579000040 is proposing to
vacate the platted 30' utility easement along the east side of lots 8 and 9 of Heppers Acre Subdivision. It
does not appear that this easement was ever in use.
