As a condition (#A.4k in Section IX)of that approval,the Applicant is required to remove the access driveway via N. Records Way in accord with UDC 11-3A-3A.2,unless otherwise waived by City Council. Unified Development Code: Per UDC 11-3A-3A.1, access is required to be taken from a local street when available,unless otherwise waived by City Council.Access is available via a driveway along the eastern boundary of the site from E.
