History: The Planning&Zoning Commission approved a Conditional Use Permit(CUP) (H-2022-0008)
for a multi-family development consisting of 472 apartment units in the C-G zoning district on April 21,
2022 as set forth in the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision&Order. As a condition
(#A.4k in Section IX)of that approval,the Applicant is required to remove the access driveway via N.
Records Way in accord with UDC 11-3A-3A.2,unless otherwise waived by City Council.
Unified Development Code: Per UDC 11-3A-3A.1, access is required to be taken from a local street
when available,unless otherwise waived by City Council.Access is available via a driveway along the
eastern boundary of the site from E. Elden Gray Street,a local street.
