We will proceed with the hours of operation listed in the DA. We would like the hours to reference the DA and not a
specific timeframe so if they decide to modify the DA in the future, it would just be a DA Modification and not a CU Mod
too.

Yes please. Given this speaker is on the side of the drive through adjacent to the residence, I need some analysis
regarding how noise will be mitigated, impacts reduced, anticipated decibel levels, etc. This was a concern at the
development review meeting and will likely be raised at Planning Commission. I need to get ahead of why this should be
allowed with my staff report.

Tamara, this is in regard to Black Rock Coffee CUP at 3300 Eagle. Are they proposing outdoor speakers and ordering
board? Not shown on site plan, but it could be an issue given how close they are to residential.
