22-2324 Sky Mesa Highlands Utility Easement Vacation CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 22-2324 BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER, HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER A RESOLUTION VACATING THE EASTERLY 5 FEET OF THE 10-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 19, BLOCK 1, SKY MESA HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION NO. 1, LOCATED AT 3045 E. BRACE CT., IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32. TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS,on April 19,2022 the City Council of Meridian,held a hearing on the vacation of the easterly 5 feet of the 10-foot wide utility easement along the west boundary of Lot 19, Block 1, Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1, located at 3045 E. Brace Ct., in the Southeast '/4 of Section 32. Township 3 North,Range 1 East,Boise Meridian,City of Meridian,Ada County,Idaho; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY,IDAHO: Section 1. That the public utility and drainage easement that was initially established with the vacation of the easterly 5 feet of the 10-foot wide utility easement along the west boundary of Lot 19, Block 1, Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1, located at 3045 E. Brace Ct., in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 32. Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 3rd day of May, 2022.
