A. Request: A Conditional Use Permit for a group daycare of up to 12 children
on 0.145 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district.
Motion to continue to May 19, 2022 made by Commissioner Yearsley, Seconded by
Commissioner Grove.

2. Public Hearing for Ferney Subdivision (H-2021-0103) by Engineering Solutions,

of E. Franklin Rd., Between S. Eagle Rd. and S. Cloverdale Rd. Approved
A. Request: Annexation and Zoning of 5.64 acres with a request for the I-L
zoning district.
Motion to recommend approval to City Council made by Commissioner Lorcher, Seconded by
Commissioner Yearsley.

3. Public Hearing for Timberline North (Timberline Sub. No. 2) (H-2022-0024) by

A. Request: Combined Preliminary and Final Plat for 33 single-family
residential building lots and 4 common lots on 9.8 acres of land in the R-8
zoning district for the purpose of subdividing phase 2 of the Timberline
Subdivision (H-2017-0140, DA# 114007668) that has since expired.
Motion to recommend approval to City Council made by Commissioner Wheeler, Seconded by
Commissioner Yearsley.
