Mr. Tiefenbach,
I will be formally representing Ms. Mulonge/Amina’s as we move forward. I would like to take whatever steps necessary
to respect the City’s/P & Z’s formalities and procedures for appearances. You mentioned previously that I would be
entitled to up to 10 minutes to speak on my client’s behalf—does the committee need a formal notice of representation
and/or are there other procedural rules in place? If so, would you mind directing or providing me that information?
I am working with my client to get the required sign in place once we get a finalized date from P & Z to continue this
matter.

I was reaching out in the hopes of being able to participate in the April 7 P & Z hearing in support of the expansion of the
number of children permitted. I live at 4106 S. Sarteano ave. just a few houses away from the proposed expanded
childcare location. I, and several other neighbors, would like to voice our support for this and recommend permitting this
expansion.
