RE: Jump Creek Subdivision No 8
Dear Planning Staff:
In behalf of Endurance Holdings LLC, I respectfully request, the City of Meridian’s approval of a
preliminary plat for the Jump Creek Subdivision No 8. This subdivision is located near the northwest
corner of W. McMillan Road and N. Blackcat Road. Jump Creek No 8 subdivision includes 20 single
family residential lots and 4 common lots. All the development improvements will be installed with
phase six of Jump Creek including streets and sewer and water improvements..

The Jump Creek Subdivision was originally annexed and approved on November 25, 2014,(AZ
14-011 & PP 14-013). This development’s design included both single family and multi family
units. Currently five phases have been recorded, with 258 single family lots and 7 multi-family
lots.
Recently the developer and city have determined the design of these five phases and the
proposed remaining phases are in substantial conformance with the original approvals, however
the number of built and proposed buildable lots would require a new preliminary plat. These
additional lots would increase the number of original approved single family from 318 to 321
and number of multi-family lots from two (2) to eighteen (18). These changes do not increase the
number of original approved units. It should also be noted that change also does not decrease the
amount of open space.
This plat is proposed as a re-subdivision of lots in phase six. In phase six all the development
improvements will be installed and this plat will just increase the number of buildable lots.
