While the Ada County Surveyor's office does not reserve subdivision names for subsequent phases of ongoing, previously reserved subdivisions, we can provide
the following:
Jump Creek Subdivision was reserved by the Ada County Surveyor's office on November 26, 2013.
Phase 1 was recorded 10/11/2016 by Corey Barton Homes Inc.
Corey Barton Homes recorded a Permission to Use the Subdivision Name with the Ada County Recorder as required by Idaho Code 50-1307 granting Challenger
Development the right to use the Jump Creek name on 9/6/2018 by Instrument # 2018-084518, and Phase 2 was recorded 9/7/2018 by Challenger Development.
On 10/19/2020, Challenger Development recorded a Permission to Use the Subdivision Name with the Ada County Recorder as required by Idaho Code 50-1307
granting Open Door Rentals LLC the right to use the Jump Creek name by Instrument # 2020-139576, and Phase 4 was recorded 10/19/2020 by Open Door
Rentals LLC.
As previous signers of Jump Creek Subdivision developments, Corey Barton Homes, Challenger Development and Open Door Rentals have the rights to the Jump
Creek Subdivision name.
