RE: Final Plat for Jump Creek Subdivision No. 6
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Trilogy Idaho, please accept this request for Final Plat approval. The lot count for Jump
Creek No. 6 is; 44 single-family residential; 6 common lots 1 future right of way lot and 1 non
buildable lot until re-subdivided lot.. This subdivision is located one half mile north of the northwest
corner of N. Blackcat Rd and W. McMillan Rd. This phase is south of Jump Creek No. 5.
Jump Creek Subdivision No.6 is in compliance with the preliminary plat (PP14-013) and
meets all requirements of conditions.
Jump Creek Subdivision No. 6 Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
