This letter is to provide certification for Jump Creek Subdivision No. 6 that all street finished
centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established groundwater
elevations. This information is based on the geotechnical report by Site Consulting, LLC. dated
June 5, 2014 as well as a groundwater update report by dated October 28, 2019.
