Dear Mr. Stewart:
As required by the City's final plat application requirements, please accept this statement certifying that
all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3)feet above the highest established
normal groundwater elevation.
According to the initial test pit investigations and recent groundwater monitoring,the groundwater
within this project was not encountered within a depth of three (3)feet of the existing ground.
Based on the above information, I certify that groundwater would be greater than three (3)feet below
the designed finished street centerline elevations throughout the project.
