Niom|eUo, we are currently doing the cursory review of your submittal.
You have filed for a variance. |f you read the attached email, our discussion involved avarimnoe
being required for building separation. The updated site plan does show you meet the minimum
25' separation between buildings, mo a variance is not required.
The landscape buffer reduction you request can be allowed through Council via avvaiver.
Here is how the requirement reads per UDC 11-3B-9:
"Minimum buffer size. The width of the buffer is determined by the district in which the property is
located, unless such width is otherwise modified by City Council at a public hearing with notice to
surrounding property owners. The tables of dimensional standards for each district in accord with
Chapter 2, "District ReQU|atinns", Df this Title establish the minimum buffer size. A reduction tothe
buffer width shall not affect building setbacks; all structures shall be set back from the property
line a minimum of the buffer width required in the applicable zoning district."
What this means is that I'll have Mindi withdraw the variance request and refund your money
(VAR-2022-0001 -Ten Mile Public Storage).
Also, the annexation legal description needs[oinclude an exhibit, and the acreage orsquare
footage ofthe annexation area to centerline.
