Design should tie into existing development to the south — variation in wall height, variation in materials, tie into existing landscaping. There are mature trees on site. Please be aware of the tree preservation requirements per the landscape section of the UDC. Please note the City owns the driveway access to the south of the subject parcel and the existing self -storage. You will need to have an easement from the City to allow access across this driveway.
