1. 2022200489-V, CHRISTIE VICKI: Variance to rebuild a single-family dwelling within the
one hundred (100) foot setback of the Boise River Greenway Overlay District. The property is
located at 4253 W Old Valley Rd and contains approximately 3.89acres within the Rural-Urban
Transition (RUT) District; Section 13, T.4N, R.1W.

2. 202200117-V, OSTROM TODD: Variance to demolish an existing single-family dwelling
and rebuild in its same location within the one hundred (100) foot setback of the Boise River
Greenway Overlay District. The property is located at 7211 W Moon Valley Rd and contains
approximately 3.16 acres within the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District; Section 15, T.4N,
R.1W.

3. 202103123-S-PR, ACKERMAN-ESTVOLD: Preliminary Plat and Private Road application
to create two (2), 5.0-acre lots with the intention for the western lot to be annexed into the City
of Star as part of a larger subdivision. The eastern lot of the subdivision will remain in the
County with access off of Pollard Ln. The property is located at 3605 N Pollard Ln in the Rural-
Urban Transition (RUT) District and contains 10.01 acres; Section 33, T.5N, R.1W.
