Dear Planning and Zoning Commissioners,
We are requesting the approval of the final plat for Pera Place Subdivision. Pera Place
Subdivision has been designed in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meeting
the conditions thereof. This final plat is in conformance with the requirements and provisions of
the UDC and acceptable engineering, surveying practices and local standards.
Pera Place subdivision was approved, annexed and rezoned H-2021-0042 and H-2021-0091.
