I should have sent this earlier. The below is from Williams Pipeline. They don’t have any issues with our preliminary
design.
Planning and Zoning questioned Deb on this. I wanted to have something for Council indicating that Williams is on
board with our project.

Your preliminary plat and landscape design look great and appear to conform with Williams policy. We appreciate the
efforts put forth by you and your group to accommodate us. Looking at the calendar next week I see a couple of
options. Tuesday 4/12 2:30, Wednesday 4/13 1:00, Thursday 4/14 10:30, Friday 4/15 10:00. Hopefully one of these
times can work for you folks.

Good morning Seth,
We are jumping into full design for the Vanguard project. I am hoping you took a look at our pre plat and can offer up
feedback for our group.
If possible, I would like to set up a meeting with you (and appropriate folks) next week to run through the design. Now
is the time to modify to as needed for you guys. Let me know a couple of days that work for you.
I also could use some correspondence from you stating that we are working together on this project. I need it for city
council. It is to assure them that we have been in communication with you and you are offering comments.
We have a council hearing March 19th and could use an email or letter ahead of that.

Attached are the preliminary plat and landscape sheets for the Meridian 118 project. We are seeking any feedback and
guidance you can give on the allowed items inside of the existing Williams easement (trees, shrubs, hardscape, etc.).
We previously had conversations of trees and shrubs in the easement if they were away from the pipes. Looking to just
get some thoughts on what currently is proposed in the preliminary drawings and what you would explicitly allow when
final design stage comes.
City of Meridian is pushing for trees and landscaping along all pathways and so this information would be very helpful.
Please let me know of any questions or anything you may need from me.
