AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITy.oF MERIDIAN AMENDING TITLE 10 OF CHAPTER
7 MERIDIAN CITY CODE, TO ADOPT A NEW MERIDIAN CITY AREA OF IMPACT
BOUNDARY MAP; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 7 of Title IO pertaining to the City of Meridian Area of Impact
Boundary Map is hereby amended by the deletion thereto of the property owned by Ramon
Yorgason, located at the northeast corner of Chin den Boulevard within the City of Meridian's
Area ofImpact, for Bristol Heights No. 21 Subdivision by Capital Development, and that said
City of Meridian Area of Impact Boundary Map shall now reflect the elimination of said
property.
SECTION 2: That said property shall be removed from the Meridian Area of Impact boundary
due to the fact that the sewer line would necessitate a gravity sewer service that would require 3
to 4 feet of fill to accommodate the Meridian sewer service.
SECTION 3: All ordinances, resolutions, orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed, rescinded and annulled.
SECTION 4: VALIDITY: The Meridian City Council hereby declares that
any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this Ordinance as adopted and amended herein be
declared for any reason to be invalid it is the intent of the Meridian City Council that it would
have passed all other portions of this Ordinance independent of the elimination herefrom of any
portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 5: SAVINGS CLAUSE: This Ordinance does not affect an action
or proceeding commenced or right accrued before this Ordinance takes effect.
SECTION 6: DATE OF EFFECT: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
01-924 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1,2001 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2002. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $250,088.00 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 01-924, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1,2001 and ending September 30,
2002 be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $250,088.00 be appropriated out of the revenues from Fund
Balance and Others Sources and Fees, to be used for authorized activities.
