Treasurer’s Report
1. Approve and pay bills
2. Account balances
3. US Bank & LGIP Statement review
Old Business
1. Continued discussion on the asset transition plan between the Rural Fire District and the
City of Meridian
2. Any other old business
New Business
1. Discussion and decision on moving the budget hearing/August meeting date to August
22nd to allow additional time for more accurate budget development
2. Notary for the District-Would the District like to continue having a Notary available for
the District by paying for Christie Boucher to become a Notary? (Judy Gerhart is
currently the notary for the District)
3. Any new business
