BASIS OF BEARINGS for this description is South 89022'15" East between an aluminum cap
marking the N1/4 corner of Section 25 and the aluminum cap marking the Northeast Corner of
Section 25, both in T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A parcel of land being a portion of Record of Survey 8015, Ada County, Records and located in
the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of Meridian, Ada County,
Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an aluminum cap marking the N1/4 corner of Section 25;
