COMBINED PRELIMINAR & FINAL PLAT
ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE
Dear Staff:
Attached are submittal materials for Timberline North (Timberline Subdivision No. 2) Preliminary
Plat, Final Plat and Alternative Compliance Applications.
The reason for these applications is because the overall preliminary plat for Timberline Subdivision
has expired. The applicant is hopeful that the City considers the role of COVID 19, reviewing
agency closures, and restrictions on non -essential workers during this period.
"Timberline North" is fully constructed and ready for home construction. ACHD has accepted the
public roads in the subdivision, City of Meridian has accepted City sewer and water infrastructure,
ROW for Victory Road is being, or has already been, transferred to the ownership of ACHD, and all
landscaping has been installed. Central District Health and Ada County Highway District have
signed the final plat mylar and the final plat is currently under review at the Ada County Surveyor's
Office.
As requested by the City of Meridian Planning Division the following required submittal documents
and drawing are included in the application packet as well as supplemental materials:
• Property Deed;
• Affidavit of Legal Interest;
• Vicinity Map;
• "Timberline North" Preliminary Plat;
• Street Name Approval;
• Street Finish Elevation Certification Letter;
• `Timberline North' Final Plat;
• `Timberline North' Landscape Plan;
• City of Meridian Stamped Subdivision Record Drawings;
• City of Meridian Final Acceptance Letter — Timberline Subdivision No. 2;
• Legal Description;
LAND USE PLANNING - DUE DILIGENCE - INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS
• Subdivision Name Approval by Ada County Surveyor;
• Open Space Exhibit;
• Geotech Report; and
• Parcel Verification.
