Purpose:City Council Review of the Planning&Zoning Commission's decision
pertaining to the requirement for a 25-foot wide buffer to be provided in the C-C
zoning district along the northern property boundry adjacent to a residential use-
the buffer is proposed to be reduced to 15-feet with installation of a privacy fence
on the northern property line with no landscaping in the buffer due to the location
of an existing access easement within that 15 feet benefitting the property to the
