CC - Narrative J-U-6 ENGINEERS, INC. 3/17/2022 City of Meridian Attn: Sonya Allen 33 E Broadway Ave. Ste 102 Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Partial Vacation of Public Utility Easement I Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1 Sky Mesa Development, LLC is requesting to partially vacate the westerly side-yard easement on lot 19 of block 1 in Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1.The plat, which was recorded on September 7, 2021, shows a 10-foot utility side-yard easement on the west side of lot 19 block 1 instead of the intended 5- foot minimum required by the City of Meridian code.There are currently no in-ground or overhead utilities in the subject easement. We are asking for written permission to vacate 5 feet of the 10-foot side-yard utility easement in Lot 19 of Block 1 of Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision No. 1.
