RE: Final Plat for Katsura Subdivision
Dear City Council:
On behalf of Banks Group LLC, we respectively request your approval of the short/final plat for
Katsura Subdivision. This final plat contains one light industrial buildable lot and two other lots
buffering the existing Medimont Subdivision 3.81 acres. The subdivision is located 355 S Locust
Grove Road. Generally located west side of Locust Grove Road between Watertower Street and
Franklin Road.
Katsura Subdivision is Industrial Park with all city services existing. Any new construction will
be apart of the site plan development and building of warehouse for Intermountain Woods
