The sign must be posted 10 days in advance of the hearing, meaning it must be up by MARCH 28, 2022.
Sign should be posted at the front of the property, near the sidewalk or street. It is required to be a one (1) 18-inch by
24-inch piece of paper mounted to a rigid surface of at least equal size. There is a picture in the link I gave you
regarding how it should look.
The purpose should say “Conditional Use Permit to allow group daycare of up to 12 children. “
The Planning Commission date is April 7, 2022.
7 days before the meeting, you need to complete, sign and notarize the form I have sent you.
