The attached Exhibit A more specifically identifies the requested area for relinquishment. Idaho Power's review of your request indicated that we do not have facilities located within the requested area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish our interest in the PUEs that is located North of Block 2, Lot 7 and Block 1, Lot 12 of the Rolling Hill Subdivision, Ada County, ID, as shown in the attached exhibits for development of the Rolling Hill Subdivision. However, please be advised the Ridenbaugh Canal and Five Mile Drain easements must be maintained and protected. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
