Bill Parsons 1. Vacation applications don't require posting or a
neighborhood meeting.
2. Provide all relinquishment letters with the application
submittal.
3. Submit one application for both the PUDI and ROW
easement vacation.
4. Provide legal descriptions of the PUDI easements and
ROW being vacated.
5. The PBA and VAC applications need to be submitted prior
to or concurrent with the CZC/DES application for the
proposed office building. Building permit for the office
building will not be released until the Vacation and PBA
process are complete.
