bears S 89' 20' 44" E a distance of 2702.61 feet; thence S 89' 20' 44" E for a distance of 639.62
feet; thence N 00* 34' 57" E for a distance of 42.00 feet to a found 5/8tf' inch iron pin with a
plastic cap labeled PLS 7881 as shown on Record of Survey No. 12076, records of Ada County,
Idaho and the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence N 00` 34' 57" E along the easterly line of Seyam Subdivision, Book 116 of Plats at Pages
17443 through 17447, said records of Ada County for a distance of 1006.12 feet to a found 5/81h
inch iron pin with a plastic cap labeled PLS 7881;
Thence S 88' 27' 42" E along the southerly right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad for a
distance of 214.12 feet to a found 5/81h inch iron pin with a plastic cap labeled PLS 7881;
Thence S 00' 34' 55" W for a distance of 1002.82 feet to a found 5/8th inch iron pin with a

Thence N 89' 20' 44" W along the northerly right-of-way of W. Franklin Road for a distance of
