SEWER SYSTEM.
2. DOMESTIC WATER TO BE PROVIDED BY EXTENSION OF MERIDIAN CITY WATER
SYSTEM.
3. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DOES NOT FALL WITHIN THE FEMA 100 YEAR FLOOD
HAZARD ZONE - REFERENCE FIRM PANEL 16001C251J, DATED JUNE 19, 2020.
4. ALL LOTS ARE HEREBY DESIGNATED AS HAVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR
PUBLIC UTILITIES, IRRIGATION AND LOT DRAINAGE OVER THE TEN (10) FEET
