standard to allow a Secondary Dwelling to exceed 900 square feet. Also, an Accessory Use
application for a Secondary Dwelling. The property is located at 827 S Hidden Creek Ln and
contains 0.92 acres in the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District; Section 15, T.4N, R.1W.

5. 201602053-CU-PR-TE, GABRIELLE KRUEGER: Time Extension for an approved
Conditional Use and Private Road for a commercial riding arena with boarding and classes.
The private roadway is proposed to originate from Sandy Point Ln. Hours of operation are
proposed to be Tuesday-Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 7am-6pm, and Sunday 9am-1pm. Closed
on Mondays. The applicant is proposing a 2,736 square foot barn, a covered arena, a hay shed,
runs with stalls, and several shelters on the property, etc. The applicant is proposing the private
roadway (Stagecoach Ln) to be 24-feet in width and constructed with 6 inches of road mix, or
as approved by the Ada County Engineer. The applicant is not proposing to gate the private
road. The property is located at 8200 S Stagecoach Ln and contains 5.16 acres in the Rural
Preservation (RP) District; Section 11, T.2N, R.3E.
