I will upload new plans to the portal and put the project through a new review cycle for those necessary departments. The email below is from the Applicant noting this desired change to the plan. He understands we will need to re-notice the project which is why I told him the second th hearing in April at this point (not to mention the number of hearings already on April 7). Joseph, I would like to move forward with the addition of the one acre lot to the Alamar Subdivision application. If you are in agreement, I will move forward with the neighborhood meeting and updating of the plans so we can be on track for the April meeting.
