The Annexation, Zoning, Planned Unit Development, Development Agreement, Conditional Use
Permit, and Preliminary Plat applications will soon be submitted again to Meridian City Planning &
Zoning for parcels S 1226120750, R0831430010, R083140030, S 1226142251, and R0831430022
located off W Victory Rd and S Linder Road in Meridian, Idaho following this neighborhood meeting.
The owner desires to apply for entitlement on the approx. 114-acres for residential development
purposes. The exhibit below depicts the Project Area in yellow. The meeting will be held at 5023 E
This in -person meeting is the same and will replace the online Microsoft Teams meeting invite
mailed out around October 6th, 2021 that was scheduled to provide an opportunity for you to
meet with project representatives to review the applications in greater detail and answer
questions. Owners and consultants look forward to meeting you and hearing your input.
