Because of scheduling conflicts, a March 17, 2022, Planning & Zoning Commission hearing will not allow us to present
the project. We are requesting a deferral until April 7, 2022. Given that this has been noticed, we can provide the
required posting to be in compliance for the scheduled hearing. Or if you want to reschedule and renotice for April 7,
2022, that works as well.

This email is to inform you that the subject application is scheduled to be heard by the Planning and
Zoning Commission on 03/17/2022. The hearing will be held at the Meridian City Hall, 33. E. Broadway
Avenue, in the City Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m.
The public hearing sign must be posted on the property under consideration not less than 10 days prior
to the scheduled hearing. Proof of posting shall be submitted to the City no later than 7 days prior to the
