Short Plat Application Narrative Update
Dear Ms.Allen:
On behalf of the Young Men's Christian Association(YMCA),we are pleased to present the attached application
and supplements for a short plat to condominiumize existing airspace at The Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA.
The Tomlinson South Meridian YMCA is already constructed and was previously condominiumized to divide
building airspace among its tenants, YMCA and St. Luke's. Since the first condominium plat, Healthy Living
Condominiums,a portion of the existing limited common space has been converted to tenant space.This tenant
improvement resulted in the reduction and reconfiguration of the limited common areas currently proposed
with the subject application, Healthy Living Condominiums No.2.
We propose to resubdivide a portion of the existing common areas(LC2 and LC3);to create two units(8 and 9
depicted on the plat);and to delineate five limited common areas for ownership purposes to be reflected in the
tenants' CC&Rs.The resulting condominium units conform to the City's ordinances, provisions, and standards
with no variances being requested at this time.
