Nick,
Since this project appears to have already submitted to our office, this reservation appears to be redundant, although
based on a requirement by the Ada County reviewing Surveyor.
Our office does not generally reserve names for phased developments, however the name Healthy Living
Condominiums No 2 is accepted for your project subject to the restrictions stated in Idaho Code 50-1307.

Nick,
You are talking two different type of project/ approvals so more information is needed.
We usually recommend a meeting with the Surveyor and Developer to iron these items out, which also seems very
appropriate since it’s not clear whether this will be an amendment or a phase.
Is there a pre-plat which readily identifies the scope of the project and the relationship to Healthy Living Condos that we
can review and see what is proposed?
