RE: Graycliff Estates No. 2 — Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
KB Home Idaho LLC hereby applies for final plat approval of Graycliff Estates No. 2, containing
13.26 acres with 54 lots and 6 common lots.
The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on September 22, 2015. This phase
is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, thereby meets all the requirements. Phase
2 also meets all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and standards.
Graycliff Estates has three(3) development agreements associated with the site. The original DA
instrument number 2015-112095. It was modified in 2018 with instrument number 2018-086664
and once again in 2020 with instrument number 2020-060784.
